South Texas Oilfield Solutions owns a fleet of (225) fluid storage tanks that can store between 200 and 500 barrels of fluid each, with or without gas busters.
Acid/Frac Tanks
Our Closed-Top Acid/Frac Tanks for rent have:
- 500-barrel capacity
- Multiple 4″ valved fill/drain ports, including floor-level valves for low point drain-out
- Safety side stairway
- Vent system connection for flaring capabilities
- External Common 8” manifold headers
- Proven internal coatings to protect from leaks and contamination of fluid
These frac tanks are used by oilfield operators to store various fluids at the well site, including freshwater, brine and acid for frac jobs, flowback, temporary production and drilling fluids. For recovery liquid storage, frac flowback tanks are available to help safely and effectively store liquids to be injected or recovered from a well. These frac tanks are built to handle environmental factors in hydraulic fracturing locations.
Skid mounted Gas Buster Tanks
Our Gas Buster Tanks for rent have:
- 200-barrel capacity
- Dual gas busters with 1502 high-pressure connections
- One front 4″ valve fill/drain port and one rear port for low point drain out.
Our gas buster tanks contain a series of baffles with a liquid exit on the bottom and a gas vented line at the top of the vessel. This system rids the container of invaded gas or air, including CO2, H2S, methane, and many other hazardous gases found in the oilfield.
Mobile Gas Buster tanks
Our mobile gas buster tanks for rent have:
- 450-barrel capacity
- Dual gas busters with 1502 high pressure connections
- Multiple drain valves for fill/drain
- Interior baffle wall for sand isolation
- Full-length walkways on side of tank for non-confined space cleanout
